YOUR INFORMATION

Who handles your request.
Lode Systems Ltd is responsible for information collected through this website. For questions about this notice or your information, contact Richard at admin@trylodeagent.io.
What you choose to share.
The request form asks for your name, firm and email address. You can also tell us where your firm works and which office task needs attention. Please leave out confidential client information, passwords and sensitive personal details.
We record the page from which a request was made. When present, we may also record the campaign source, medium and campaign name associated with the request. Our hosting services also process the technical information needed to deliver the site and protect it from misuse.
Providing an enquiry is voluntary. We need a contact address to reply, but you can email us directly instead of using the form.
Why we use it.
We use your details to answer your enquiry, understand whether Lode suits your firm and arrange a conversation when appropriate. Our basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where you ask us to take steps towards an agreement, we use the information for those steps.
Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell enquiry details or use this form to make automated decisions about you.
Website services and analytics.
Vercel hosts the site, Cloudflare helps deliver it, and Supabase stores website enquiries. These services process information needed to provide those services. They may process information outside your country. Contact us if the location of processing matters to your enquiry.
Optional analytics help us understand which pages and enquiry steps are useful. They remain off until you allow them through the analytics choice on this site. Declining analytics does not prevent you from requesting a walkthrough. You can change your choice through Analytics settings.
We save that choice in your browser's local storage so it is remembered on your next visit. Clearing your browser's site data removes the saved choice.
With your consent, Vercel Web Analytics records page views and enquiry-step labels. We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs sent to analytics, and do not send names, email addresses or other enquiry-form details as analytics properties.
Vercel may also process the referring site, time of the visit, approximate location, browser, operating system and device type to produce traffic statistics. Its service supports filtered query parameters; this site removes them from the analytics page URL. You can read more about these technical data in Vercel's analytics privacy documentation.
How long we keep an enquiry.
We keep enquiry information while it is needed to answer you and manage the resulting conversation. When deciding whether to retain it, we consider whether that conversation is active, whether it led to an agreement, and whether a record is needed to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
We do not currently apply an automatic expiry period to every form submission. You can ask us to stop following up, correct an enquiry or request its deletion by emailing the address above.
Your choices and rights.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing or request a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw consent to optional analytics at any time. Withdrawal does not change processing that took place before you withdrew it.
Contact us first if something is wrong. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
