## What Lode is

Lode holds one book of linked records: Customer, then Site, then Project, then Job, then aftercare. It is not one record that changes type.

The principal approves, rejects, or corrects. Lode reads, cites, proposes, and prepares the next step for review. The model cannot approve itself. Client-facing and money decisions stay with a person.

Lode is for established, owner-led landscape firms: design-build, garden design studios, estate work, and high-end maintenance. It is not a landscaping contractor, not a "landscapers near me" service, and not a volume mow-and-go dispatch tool.
